About our Roaster
Having lived in Costa Rica for 5 years, I have gained a great appreciation for Costa Rican coffee. Starting at a young age, I have developed unique roasting profiles to bring out the best flavor of each and every bean.

These handpicked beans boast a unique shape, resulting in a richer and more concentrated flavor. With a higher percentage of essential oils, indulge in a smooth and vibrant taste. Peaberry beans are special because it's a rare, round, and dense coffee bean that develops from a coffee cherry with only one seed.
Cupping Notes: On first whiff, these actually smell like milk chocolate, great aroma when roasting, even better when brewing, and the taste is delightful!

The fruit that comprises La Gladiola comes from the Western portion of the Tarrazu valley. The fruit is purchased from specific farmers, process it at La Minita's mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu and kept separate from their other trademark coffee beans.
Cupping Notes: Wonderful acidity, good body with some citrus and cocoa notes.
